The Vahe Khochayan Young Artist Concerto Competition is open to pre-college students of music teachers based in Nevada. Applicants must be 18 years of age or younger.

 

The competition is separated into a Junior division, for ages 13 and younger*;

and Senior Division, for ages 14 to 18*.

Applicants submitted a video audition on any of the standard orchestral instruments as well as piano, harp, saxophone, baritone horn, euphonium, and percussion.​​​
